 The
K.V. Sanders Company is a custom home construction company
founded in 1986. For over two decades, our approach to building
has been as unique as our custom homes. We have built our
business by providing frequent one-on-one communication, meticulous
attention to detail and quality workmanship, all delivered
at a competitive price.
Kevin Sanders, the company founder and President, is a graduate
engineer of St. Louis University who believes in constructing
homes that are esthetically significant, boast state-of-the-art
technological systems, and built to last a lifetime. He combines
“old world craftsmanship” and the finest natural
and engineered materials available today.
The high level of personal service we provide means that
we typically only build two or three homes each year. These
will be found on client’s private lots and in a variety
of St. Louis neighborhoods such as Twin Springs, Winding Ridge,
Old Warson Country Club, Forest Ridge, Westwood Country Club, Fair Oaks, Sheffield
Estates, Barrington Place, Thornhill Estates, Balcon Estates, Greystone,
Dunhill Farms and Sunset Ridge. Many of these homes are recipients
of both the Obelisk and Homer awards recognizing outstanding
custom home construction and have been featured such publications
as The Ladue News, St. Louis Home and Lifestyle Magazine,
St. Louis Seasons Magazine, Builder/Architect, and Folio.
The size and cost of the custom homes we build is almost
as diverse as the architectural styles represented by our
homes. Our past building styles have included traditional,
colonial, contemporary, French country, eclectic and Frank
Lloyd Wright. Through a deliberate program of research and
continuing education we continually seek new design ideas
and construction concepts/products. We will tailor these ideas
to fit your needs.
As a custom homebuilder, our goal is to provide a pleasant
building experience for you and ensure your total satisfaction
with our service. Unlike many builders, we believe that our
